Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please take note we do not accept shipments to PO Boxes and physical addresses are required.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
kindly allow for 1-2 working days for orders to be processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
if you would like to collect, please allow for one working day, e.g. order today before 4pm and collect the following day after 12 noon. but you will be updated via email, call or whatsapp during the whole process.
we ship nationwide using courier (the courier guy or via other courier services)
please allow between 1-3 working days for them to deliver depending on where you may be in RSA .
please allow between 3-4 working days for International orders .
we use DHL Express ,GLS International and other delivery companies .
Delivery for Air fright is usually 3-5 days .
while Sea fright is longer depending on the delivery location.
we do not charge shipping for most items except for solar panels where we charge a packaging fee in order to purchase a pallet and protective wrap to secure them. and shipping fee is dependent on volume.
